Develop your leadership skills by working alongside Broadmoor Nature Camp counselors and sharing your love and knowledge of nature with younger campers. Each session, you'll be assigned an age group to work with, enabling you to develop bonds with campers as you assist with camp programming. All CITs will attend a mandatory training on the first day of their session before going out with their camp groups.
In addition to being a great résumé builder, hours spent in the CIT program may count toward community service requirements (varies by town).
Application & Commitment: The CIT program is open by application only. If you are interested in participating, please tell us more about your experience and interests by filling out an application at https://forms.office.com/r/M3GkAJKfha. A one-session commitment is required to participate. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, placement begins March 6.
All programs will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed at least 24 hours before the program.
