May is the ideal time to learn about birds. Birds are active, visible, and loud whey they establish nesting territories, plus migration is in full swing, increasing the chance of seeing unusual birds that might be passing through. This in-person lecture series is designed to teach the fundamentals of bird watching. We will cover tools of the trade, how to identify birds, bird habitats, migration, and much more. Join the thousands of people who have discovered the hobby of birdwatching.

Pair this class with bird walks at Wachusett Meadow or Broad Meadow Brook or with Mass Audubon's Bird-a-thon May 12-13.

Registration is required.
