The rich forests, old fields, and coldwater streams of Graves Farm provide a diverse landscape for large mammals such as bears, fishers, coyotes, and bobcats and for their prey: deer, porcupines, red squirrels and more. As we walk through various habitats, we'll search for signs of local wildlife, the food and trees they may rely on, and where they shelter for the winter season. The walk will be about 1 1/2 miles long over rocky, uneven ground with stream crossings and with slight inclines.
