Lynes Woods in Westhampton has a meandering trail past small fields and stone walls, and through a forest that has grown up in the years since farming ceased. Enjoy the beauty of a crystal clear stream, a walk through quiet woods, and notice tree foliage, buds, and bark. We'll also learn about forest communities, how they are changing, and what we can do to improve forest health. The walk is about one mile long with rocks, roots, and small slopes near the stream.
