Step into a winter night you won’t soon forget at Wachusett Meadow’s Starlight & S’mores. As daylight fades, the sanctuary transforms into a peaceful, star-lit landscape—inviting you to slow down, look up, and experience nature after hours. With expert guides leading the way, you’ll explore the sights and sounds of winter wildlife, take in the night sky, and savor simple seasonal pleasures that make cold nights feel magical.
Under the waxing crescent moon, you will:
- Listen for the calls of barred owls and other nocturnal animals
- View the night sky through one of our spotting scopes
- Gather around the campfire to warm up and enjoy s’mores
- Create a nature-themed craft to take home
