Snowshoe Rentals at Pleasant Valley

Snowshoes and micro spikes are available for rental during winter months on a first-come, first-served basis and can be used on any of the sanctuary trails whenever conditions permit.

Cost & Rental Hours 

Members: $5/hour or $15/day • Nonmembers: $10/hour or $20/day

  • Snowshoe & Micro spike rentals are available daily during office hours.
  • Minimum Rental Period is one hour.

Rules & Restrictions

  • Snowshoes may be rented only for use on Pleasant Valley’s sanctuary grounds and trails and must be returned by 3pm.
  • At least one 18-year-old participant with signed rental form is required for each rental.
  • For the safety of all participants and the protection of wildlife and habitat, posted regulations are strictly enforced.
