Be part of a milestone moment at Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary! Join the ribbon cutting for the brand-new Pike’s Pond All Persons Trail—a welcoming space designed so everyone, of every age and ability, can experience the beauty of nature in the Berkshires.

Location: Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, Lenox, MA

This event will take place rain or shine—we will gather in the Red Barn if the weather doesn't cooperate.
What to Expect
- Stroll the Trail at your own pace, with Mass Audubon naturalists on hand to share wildlife sightings and seasonal highlights.
- Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at 3:30 pm, featuring remarks and a celebration of the donors, partners, and community who made this project possible.
- Community Gathering — connect with staff, neighbors, and friends while enjoying light refreshments.
Accessible Features
This trail, as part of Mass Audubon's network of 15+ All Persons Trails, was built with everyone in mind. At Pleasant Valley, you'll find:
- Firm, wide, and obstacle-free surfaces for wheelchairs, strollers, and all visitors.
- Nearby ADA parking available.
- Mobility devices available when reserved in advance.
- ASL interpretation will be provided at the event.
All are welcome. Advance registration is not required but registering in advance helps us plan ahead and give you the best possible experience.
