Halloween Prowl at Moose Hill

Special Event: Saturday, October 25, 2025, 5:00–7:30 pm

Everyone’s favorite fall tradition has returned, ready to fill your evening with not-too-spooky Halloween magic and fun!

Discover the history of Halloween in New England before setting off on a 45-minute guided walk along a pumpkin-lit forest trail. Along the way, you’ll meet costumed characters with their own enchanting stories to tell. After the walk, return to the Nature Center for up-close owl encounters, seasonal crafts, live music, and light refreshments.

Costumes encouraged—bring your Halloween spirit!

Event Details

The guided hike will take approximately 45 minutes. The path will be lit with lanterns   and will be set along gentle terrain. You may bring a non-LED flashlight if you prefer additional light.

This event will be held rain or shine.

Children ages 3 and under receive free admission.
