2022 Wild Thing 5k/10k Race & Walk

Sunday, June 26, 2022

Kennedy Park is the perfect location for a trail race, with almost 15 miles of trails through hardwood forests and scenic views of the Berkshires. The race goes through carriage roads and single-track trails with a variety of elevation in both the 10K and 5K distances. The 5K course is great for both runners and walkers. Runners can challenge themselves with the longer 10K distance. Join us for the post-race celebration at the big red barn.

This is a fundraising event to support Mass Audubon’s conservation and environmental education programming in Berkshire County.

Race Start: 9am at Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, 472 West Mountain Rd, Lenox, MA 01240

Prizes: You don’t have to be a top racer to win a prize! Bib numbers will be drawn at random to win great prizes donated by local businesses. The top male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K races will also receive a prize along with the best dressed ‘Native Species’ runners.
