Ponding discoveries at Habitat Camp

Main PageSession DatesDaily SchedulePhilosophy & CredentialsCamp StaffRegistration Information

Habitat Nature Camp in Belmont has been engaging children in nature study since 1974. We are committed to providing quality outdoor experiences that are guided by a philosophy of discovery, giving campers the opportunity to explore, question, and connect in nature.

We encourage campers, ages 5–16, to explore their surroundings and discover new interests and talents. Campers are encouraged to question and challenge their understanding of nature and their own place within it. Our camp community is welcoming and responsive and connects new and returning campers to lasting friendships.

What Others Are Saying . . .

"The organization of the camp is amazing. I have such respect for the program, the staff, the counselors, and all the hard work that goes into the programs that are created. My daughter declined going on vacation so she could come to this camp. I love how much it teaches her too and the creativity of each day."

"We loved every second of camp. Our son came back excited, full of new knowledge, and tired. Thank you."
