Turtles of Cape Cod Series, Gr. 3-5
Transform student learning through an interactive program as students discover the wide variety of turtles found all around Cape Cod, from the endangered Kemp’s ridley to the elusive eastern box turtle. These reptiles make excellent ambassadors for students to learn about incredible animal adaptations and the importance of conservation work. Students will handle turtle artifacts, develop an understanding of life cycles, and search for turtles in their natural habitats. This program pairs classroom visits with a field experience.
