Search for School Programs at Wellfleet
Bird Banding, Gr. 6-8
Join us at Wellfleet Bay’s bird banding station where students will engage in hands-on research! Students will work with wildlife biologists to record data about the birds that pass through Wellfleet Bay during migration or live here year-round. This field experience will help students make connections between scientific research and conservation efforts.
*This is a "specialty science program" that utilizes specialized Mass Audubon science staff and is priced differently than standard field trip programs.
