Animal And Plant Adaptations
Dive into the world of plant and animal adaptations in this inquiry-based program as you discover how the structures of plants and animals support their survival, growth, and behavior. Through hands on activities and exploration, students will sharpen their observation skills as they examine real life adaptations such as camouflage, migration, or needle-like leaves.
On your field trip, students will search for examples of plant and animal adaptations, examine real objects, and share observations with peers while exploring the sanctuary with an experienced field teacher.
