Maple Sugaring

THIS IS A MOOSE HILL SPECIALTY PROGRAM

Bring Maple Sugaring to your classroom! Students will learn about tree's ability to create syrup! Students will learn how tree functions change through seasons and taste different maple sap and syrup. Students will also see and try colonial tools used during the maple sugaring season. This program is offered during February and March.
