Vernal Pool Exploration, Gr. 3-5
Open the door to experiential learning as students investigate the ephemeral world of vernal pools! On this field experience, students will practice data collection with aquatic sampling equipment, learn how to determine how healthy a freshwater ecosystem is, and practice making observations while studying the incredible organisms who depend on this habitat.
