Open the door to experiential learning in your classroom, where students investigate what it means for plants and animals to be adapted to their home. Through a stations-based lab, explore a sample of life from a habitat or dive into similarities and differences in animal body parts and behaviors and/or plant parts and functions. Students observe, touch, and journal about ‘;biofacts’ such as mammal skulls, forest seeds, bird eggs and nests, turtle shell, tree slices, and more.
