Embark on a scientific journey to investigate how plants and animals survive and thrive in different habitats. Through interactive stations and guided explorations, students will discover the connections between plants and animals as they search for food and shelter sources. Learn how changes to a habitat can impact the species that live there.

On your field trip, students will explore several habitats such as forests, meadows, ponds, or stream habitats and use scientific equipment including hand lenses, bug collection boxes, and field guides. On their journey, they will compare the plant and animal communities found in each and record their observations in a field journal.
