Animal and Plant Adaptations
Bring plant and animal adaptations to life in this inquiry-based program where students explore the fascinating ways plants and animals use body parts and behaviors to move, find food, protect themselves and grow. Through a combination of hands-on activities, movement games, and explorations, students will discover real life adaptations for survival such as wings, fuzzy leaves, and camouflage.
In your classroom, students will act out animal adaptations, explore hands-on activity stations, and examine real objects demonstrating adaptations from a variety of plants and animals.
