Science of the South Shore: Mammal Detective

Description

Get to know the nature of the South Shore at Manomet Public Library, where a Mass Audubon educator will introduce local nature lessons to you and your little one all in the cool comfort of an air-conditioned indoor space.

Put on your detective hat and help crack a wild mystery! Follow clues, solve puzzles, and connect the dots to uncover the culprit behind a mammal crime with our investigatory team. Learn how to identify mammal tracks and other signs animals leave behind as you explore the scene. Can you solve the mammal mystery?

We'll explore through games, art, and activities that make science feel like play. Connect with peers and nature at this summer favorite.

This program is made possible thanks to the America the Beautiful Initiative.
