Stony Brook Nature Camp: Ramblers - Trash to Treasure

Description

Ramblers conduct ecosystem investigations at Stony Brook. On daily outings, they use their senses to identify familiar species of plants and animals. Ramblers are encouraged to explore their own areas of interest and further develop their social skills as they participate in activities, games, and crafts.

Ramblers have a camper to counselor ratio of 5:1.

Weekly Themes:

June 24-28 & July 29-Aug. 2: Happening Habitats

July 1-3*: Trash to Treasure

July 8-12 & August 5-9: Planet Protectors

July 15-19 & August 12-16: STEM Science

July 22-26 & August 19-23: Water, Stones, Fossils, Bones

*Three-day week; pricing is pro-rated accordingly
