Description
Woodward Discovery Days opens the Oak Knoll Nature Center to everyone, free of charge, for a morning of wildlife discovery and fun. This month's theme: bats and spiders!
Explore the hidden lives of two of the sanctuary's spookiest wildlife, from the echolocation abilities and insect-hunting speed of local bat species to the web spinning, engineering, and predator strategies of spiders. Visit exhibits and activity stations around the Nature Center at your own pace, then step outside for an optional walk in search of these creatures and other seasonal phenomena.
Come and go as you like, spending as little or as much time as you choose across the exhibits, activity stations, and the trail.
