North River Nature Camp: Special Interest - Solar Sparks

Take your curiosity to the next level! Campers become stellar innovators, tackling hands-on projects in solar technology, renewable energy, and sustainable design. They'll engage in experiments, outdoor STEM missions, and eco-innovation labs, testing their inventions and problem-solving in real-world scenarios. From solar-powered prototypes and green building challenges to space-themed strategy activities, every day is a chance to think critically, create boldly, and explore.

For campers entering grades 6-8. Specialty sessions have a counselor-to-camper ratio of 1:10. Due to the outdoor, exploratory nature of our program, campers must be able to move about on uneven terrain. Camp will not be held on July 3.
