Sand Sculptures at Duxbury Beach

Description

Celebrate horseshoe crabs and other ancient sea creatures by combining coastal ecology with hands-on art. Learn about the adaptations and ecological roles of species that inhabit Duxbury Beach, then build sand sculptures inspired by what you've discovered.

Mass Audubon is grateful for the generosity of the Duxbury Beach Reservation Inc. for funding this program and for their service and dedication to protecting the critical resource we know as Duxbury Beach.

Parking is free for the duration of the program.
