Description
Before the trick-or-treating begins, drop by the Nature Center to search for local animals who perfected spooky long before Halloween was invented! Join us to explore the park and look for the creepy crawly animals that linger around every corner. Visit craft stations to make your own Halloween masterpiece and help build a bat-inspired community art display going up in the Nature Center. Wear your costume and try out your best spooky grackle while enjoying snacks and cider.
Drop in at any time and stay for as long as you like.

Meet at the Magazine Beach Park Nature Center. This is a drop-in program—arrive anytime during program hours and stay as long as you like. Parking is available but limited—please avoid driving if possible. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. We will spend time both indoors and outdoors.
