Description
Celebrate the Head of the Charles regatta with perfect riverside views and nature activities! Come out to Magazine Beach Park for an afternoon of climate action, collaborative art, and outdoor exploration for all ages. Enjoy a guided walk to discover the birds and other wildlife that rely on the river just as much as the rowers. Then, connect with community to learn about local climate action initiatives, grab some light refreshments, and hear live music from multi-ethnic fusion band Saklamara.
Community partners including Mothers Out Front and Climable will share ways to get involved and take action in your neighborhood. This free, family-friendly festival is a chance to mark the turning of the season, meet your neighbors, and find inspiration to help protect the places you love.
Registration is optional but encouraged if you'd like to stay in the loop.
