Description
Enjoy summer in the park at golden hour with a soundtrack! This free outdoor concert, presented in collaboration with Berklee College of Music and local musicians, brings live music to the park as the sun sets over the Charles River, with sets ranging from soothing acoustics to danceable beats. Spread out on the grass, take in the skyline, and let the evening do its thing.
The August event will feature music from Peruvian saxophonist and composer Diego Herrera. Herrera blends Latin genres with contemporary R&B and pop elements, resulting in a fresh, elegant, and highly distinctive sound. His live show and artistic concept invite listeners on a nocturnal journey through the streets, sounds, and traditions of Latin America, presented in an instrumental, romantic, and cinematic way. In January of this year, Herrera completed his second fully sold-out tour in Peru.
