Description
Take part in an interactive gathering on coastal flooding and community resilience hosted by Communities Responding to Extreme Weather (CREW) and The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Explore hands-on information stations, gain practical tools to prepare for extreme weather, and share ideas for local and state programs that can better support our region—all while enjoying complimentary food and beverages (including vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options) Connect with neighbors, exchange resources, and leave feeling informed, supported, and empowered to take action.
There is no cost to attend, and compensation is provided for participation. The conversation and activities are designed for adults and older teens, with childcare available upon request. This indoor event will be held in an ADA-compliant space, and accessible on-site parking is available. Materials will be available in both English and Portuguese.
