Nature in Your Neighborhood: All About Birds - Boxford

Description

We are pleased to offer this free birdwatching walk made possible by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the local cultural council of the participating town. Participants will learn about bird migration, breeding behavior, and field identification. This program is for birdwatchers of all skill levels.

Instructions

Meets at Bald Hill Reservation/Crooked Pond entrance off of Middleton Road (if you're traveling south it's the pull off on the right after Lockwood Land and if you're traveling north it's the pull off on the left after Moonpenny Drive).

Wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and the terrain with moderate inclines and potentially muddy trails. Bring a field guide and binoculars. Bathroom facilities will not available during this program.
