Description
This two-week program allows campers to visit all of the amazing locations the sanctuary has to offer, including the Rockery, vernal pool and the stone bridge. Spend a day learning how to paddle a canoe on the Ipswich River to Perkins Island. Once there, we'll have lunch, play games, and build gnome homes. At the end of each session, campers will play the camp favorite Predator/Prey game. Campers will enjoy special guests visits from Rainforest Reptiles in Beverly with live reptiles, The Center for Wildlife in Maine with live birds of prey, Joppa Flats traveling touch tanks and Drumlin Farm with live owls.
Trekkers have a camper-to-counselor ratio of 8:1.
