Broadmoor Nature Camp: Biologists - Water Mysteries
Description
Follow the journey of a water drop and explore where water is found in nature. Search for streams and ponds around the sanctuary, and discover what animals and plants live in these watery worlds. Finish with a canoe trip at the end of the session.
Transportation and equipment for the canoe trip will be provided by Broadmoor Nature Camp.
On-site overnight takes place Thursday night of the session. Camp begins at 9:00 am on Thursday and ends at 9:30 am on Friday after the overnight. Broadmoor Nature Camp provides tents, dinner and breakfast for all campers.
For campers entering grades 6-8. Campers move over uneven terrain and may cover 2-5 miles daily.
