Neighborhood Nature: Canoeing at Bell Pond

Experience the nature of Worcester, watching for birds and wildlife along the shoreline, as you explore Bell Pond by canoe.

No registration is required; first-come, first-served.

Climbing into and out of a canoe requires the ability to bend down and lift your knees up toward your waist. The footing at the boat ramp might be uneven or slippery. Paddling requires use of the abdominal muscles and shoulders.

Mass Audubon policy requires that every participant wears a life vest during the program; basic paddling instruction and all equipment will be provided. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
