Description
Millennium Park packs an impressive range of habitats into one urban green space, including wetlands, meadows, and open fields that draw an equally impressive variety of birds.
On this guided morning walk, a Boston Nature Center naturalist will help you spot and identify species by their field marks, songs, and behaviors, with target birds including Bobolink, Osprey, Great Blue Heron, and Sharp-shinned Hawk.
Trails are mostly flat, though the search for bobolinks includes a half-mile uphill stretch well worth the climb. Whether you're new to birding or adding to your life list, this outing offers something new to look forward to.
