Camp BNC: Mattapan - Counselors in Training - Training Week 2

Develop your leadership skills by working alongside Boston Nature Center Camp staff to share your love and knowledge of nature with younger campers. CITs participate in team building activities, art and science learning, and field trips, and develop strong skills in communication, public speaking, and teamwork.

Put your new skills into practice by working with younger campers and gaining confidence as a leader. Each camp session, you'll be assigned an age group to work with so you can develop bonds with campers as you help with programming.

All CITs are required to attend training during the week of June 22-26. A two week commitment is required for all CITs. To apply, see Instructions below.
