Description
Be ready for days packed with new sights, sounds, smells, and games as you explore the sanctuary's many habitats. Investigate the hidden corners of Arcadia, including the clay pits and the edges of streams and creeks. Learn how to use a net to safely catch frogs, grasshoppers, and other insects and learn about field marks that will help us identify the animals we find. Through crafts and activities, piece together the web of life to better understand the meaning of community on a variety of levels.
Sliding Scale Update
Due to overwhelming need for financial assistance, we have closed registration for Tiers 1-3. Tier 4 Registration is still available by phone only. If you are unable to pay the Tiers 4 or 5 tuition for camp, we encourage you to add your name to our waitlist. Instructions
Camp will take place mostly outdoors with the exception of bathroom visits and extreme inclement weather. Campers should be dressed for all weather conditions, be prepared for uneven trails and wear both sun and tick/mosquito prevention.
