Description
Our Speaker Series offers enriching evening programs showcasing the natural world through the eyes of artists. We hope to deepen your appreciation for the natural world and inspire a sense of wonder that fosters environmental stewardship.
Tina Morris will share her remarkable journey as a young graduate student tasked with reintroducing bald eagles to New York State in 1976. Her presentation will detail the challenges she faced as a female pioneer in raptor biology, her experiences "mothering" seven eaglets, and how this pivotal project not only helped save an iconic species from extinction but also shaped her own personal growth and career.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with local artists and fellow community members and stay informed about the exciting developments taking place in Westport, Dartmouth, and the surrounding area.
