Wellfleet Bay's CIT Program gives teens the opportunity to gain leadership experience while working with counselors and campers. CIT's might participate in diamondback terrapin research or assist with horseshoe crab tagging. They receive training related to natual history and how to teach nature-themed lessons, games and activities. CIT's must participate in at least 2 sessions in order to create meaningful bonds with their camper groups and Counselors.
