Discover the wonders of nature and increase your curiosity about what lives in the green spaces around Fitchburg and what we can do to protect those spaces. Each day includes learning through hands-on science and nature-based activities, crafts, stories, and hikes. The focus is on child-led learning around a weekly theme. Register for one, some, or all four weeks.

This program is a collaboration between Mass Audubon, North County Land Trust (NCLT) and Just Understand My Potential (JUMP) at Flat Rock Wildlife Sanctuary in Fitchburg, MA.

Public transportation on MART bus 6 route drops off at Burbank campus at 8:55AM and leaves the campus at 1PM. Find the schedule at www.mrta.us

Instructions and Directions:

Classes and activities are held outdoors. If extreme weather is forecast, the program will be cancelled. This is a drop-off program for ages 6-14. Health forms are required for participants.
Program participants should bring a water bottle. Snacks will be provided.

Registration is required.
