Explore the wilder side of Canoe Meadows and help restore and protect vital floodplain plant communities. Help nurture native tree and shrub plantings by installing and maintaining protective cages and controlling invasive plants.

Volunteers under 14 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unaccompanied volunteers 14-18 must provide written permission from a parent or guardian.

You'll enjoy seeing friends and meeting others who enjoy lending a hand with habitat stewardship. Bring your favorite work gloves and water bottle/beverage.

This program is part of our month-long celebration of Earth Day, nature, diversity, community, and climate action. For more opportunities to get outside and celebrate with us, visit massaudubon.org/earthmonth.
