This online series will introduce you to the basics of birding, from how to identify different bird families to various tools and resources at your disposal. Why is that bird acting strangely? Why do you only see certain birds in certain places? How can you use context clues to identify an unknown bird? Learn the answers to these questions and more from our experts at Mass Audubon so you too can join one of the fastest growing hobbies in North America.
Optional, self-directed birdwatching exercises will be suggested in between topics each week.
