Come birdwatching with us on a Saturday morning! Essex County is an especially exciting place to find a wide variety of birds throughout the year. We'll take two hours to explore the most interesting birdwatching locations each time, focusing on the ever-changing birds of the season as they migrate through our area. All experience levels welcome!

Instructions and Directions:

Meet at Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary, 87 Perkins Row, in Topsfield. Bring binoculars, a field guide to birds, and a scope if you have one. Wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and terrain.

Masks are not required indoors if a county is noted as having moderate or low levels of transmission, but are required if county levels are high. Otherwise, masks indoors and outdoors are optional.

Mass Audubon cancellation policy: If you wish to withdraw less than seven days prior to the program, refunds cannot be issued. If Mass Audubon cancels the program, you will receive a refund in full.

Registration is required.
