Take your first step toward becoming a Joppa Flats education volunteer with these in-the-field trainings. Our education volunteers help staff and teacher naturalists present programs to schools, groups, and families throughout the school year in a wide variety of environments. Come to one, two, or all of these trainings and join the team!

Instructions and Directions:

Meet at Joppa Flats Education Center. Please dress for the weather with appropriate footwear.

Masks are required indoors and in vans; they are optional outdoors. Anyone wishing to travel in a Mass Audubon vehicle must bring their vaccination record (actual or photo) for visual confirmation.

Please note our NEW CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to the program, refunds cannot be issued. Refunds are not given for failure to attend, absence, or sick days. If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.
