It may sound crazy but you can make delicious, and some would argue even nutritious, desserts from vegetables. We all like a good pumpkin pie or carrot cake but there are many other possibilities for produce— based desserts including parsnip pie, beet panna cotta, spinach cake, kale brownies, and more. We will bake and sample, sending you home with new recipes and ideas just in time to take your Thanksgiving dessert baking to a whole new level.
Also open to teens age 14 or older with an adult; fees apply to all participants.
