Are you interested in the natural world around you and would you like to know more about it? Take a walk focused on observing, exploring, and appreciating the world around you with us. We'll cover habitats across the sanctuary from wetlands to uplands as we look for amphibians, reptiles, mammals, flowering plants, trees, shrubs, lichens, fungi, insects, and birds, following the seasonal changes as the year progresses. Each walk will focus on one particular area or habitat as we build our understanding of ecological communities and our mutual interdependence.
Bring your own binoculars and hand lens, if you have them. We have loaners if you do not.
