Why does that tree have four trunks? How can you tell a field-grown tree from one grown in a forest? What are pillows, cradles, nurse logs, and mycorrhizal fungi? Who uses these forests for shelter, and food? Appreciate the importance of trees in all stages of development and the strategies of trees for survival and reproduction.
