Why do leaves turn different colors, then fall to the ground? Who is scurrying around the forest floor looking for acorns, pine cones, and beech nuts? Which birds will migrate, and which ones will stay at Laughing Brook for the winter?

Enjoy a family walk learning about the natural world in the fall season. This program is funded through LCC (local cultural council) funds. Priority will be given to residents of the town of Hampden. Others, please wait to register until October 13.

Instructions and Directions:

Dress to be outdoors for the entire program. Bathrooms are not available.
