Foot it for Felix 2026: 5K Run (or Walk) at Felix Neck

Get moving for a good cause at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary! The Foot it for Felix 5K winds through the sanctuary’s scenic nature paths, offering stunning views and fresh inspiration at every turn.

Children can run wild too at the free kids' fun run/walk—a joyful ¼-mile loop perfect for our youngest nature lovers.

Run, walk, fly, crawl, or slither to Felix Neck to join this once-a-year sanctuary sprint. Every step you take helps protect wildlife and inspire future environmental stewards.

What to Expect

Explore Felix Neck’s sand, moss, and pine needle-covered paths as you run or walk through goldenrod-filled fields and take in sweeping views of Sengekontacket Pond and State Beach. Along the way, listen to the cacophony of Prairie Warblers, Red-winged Blackbirds, Catbirds, and Towhees. This unforgettable trail experience along nature paths and across two boardwalks supports Felix Neck’s vital work in wildlife protection, education, and conservation.

Awards will go to the top finishers, so lace up, lean in, and race for the win!
