Registrations are accepted until camp sessions are full. Please register as soon as you decide you would like to send a camper to Wildwood. Once you have chosen a camp session, you can register using one of the following methods:

Wildwood utilizes electronic submission of health forms through CampDoc.com. Upon registration, an invitation will be sent from CampDoc to create a profile. Your log-in ID will be the parent/guardian email address. Please notify the office of any changes. Forms need to be completed by May 1—completed forms must be received and reviewed before a camper may attend camp.

If you need to cancel on or before May 15, a refund of all but the $100 non-refundable deposit will be made. After May 15, no refund is available. We are happy to switch your camper to an alternate session, free of charge, if a space is available.
Refunds are not given for participant dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days. If Wildwood must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.
