Explore the diverse ecology of Mass Audubon's 377-acre Lake Wampanoag Wildlife Sanctuary, discuss the ecological and cultural history of this land, and take a guided hike through beautiful meadows and woods. Guest instructors will incorporate meditation, yoga, and nature journaling practices on different weeks. This series will encourage you to be more intentional as you meander the trails with new friends, learning about the importance of conservation, preservation and restoration of wild spaces in Massachusetts. Expect a relaxed gentle walk over fairly level but uneven terrain.

Register until Oct. 7 for the entire series or anytime for individual weeks. Registration closes at 3 pm each Friday.
