Come explore some of our most amazing north shore wild places with Joppa Flats Education Coordinator Lisa Hutchings. "Miss Lisa" will lead families with hands-on activities, identification of wildlife, and a new way to look at nature: through the eyes of a naturalist. Sign up for one, some, or all!
Joppa Flats will provide all field gear and equipment. This is not a drop-off class; all children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Locations are subject to change.

Nov. 6: Coastal Challenges Photo Journaling at Plum Island Beach, Newburyport
Nov. 13: Sketching & Photographing Waterfowl at the Parker River National Widlife Refuge, Newbury
Meet at Rough Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary in Rowley. Driving directions will be provided along with our Covid-19 safety protocol. All participants must wear a mask and complete a Covid-19 self-health assessment prior to the program. Dress for the weather and terrain; use protection from biting insects.
Cancellation policy:Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the program's date if you must cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, we can only offer a refund or credit if we subsequently fill your space. Refunds are not given for failure to attend, absence, or sick days. If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.
