"Bathe" your mind and engage your body's senses in nature. The practice of shinrin-yoku (literally "forest bathing") was developed in Japan to promote physical and mental health through deep immersion of the senses in forested landscapes. Join us on this guided mindfulness hike through forested trails and reconnect with the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of nature.
Two walks are offered this fall:
* Saturday, November 7, 9:30-11:30 am
* Saturday, December 5, 9:30-11:30 am
PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 11 preregistered adults.
